    As the overview above demonstrates, this 1:1 coaching and advisory program alternates between:

    • 1:1 sessions where we teach you how to specifically achieve success and reach your goals
    • Concrete tasks you need to complete between sessions regarding your subscription business
    • Feedback on your tasks, ensuring we assemble your business in the best possible way

    This way, we collaboratively develop your subscription business, utilizing time effectively!

    Our experience shows that this approach adds more value to the developmental process than, for example, a workshop.

    The fact that you have ample time between sessions to reflect and develop your business ultimately yields the best results for you!

    Upon completion of the 1:1 program, you will have:

    • Developed your subscription business, including member benefits, subscription packages, loyalty program, pricing, branding, and more
    • Knowledge of how to succeed in acquiring and retaining members in your business
    • A concrete plan for starting your new subscription business and acquiring and retaining members.

    How It Works

    The 1:1 sessions are conducted via Zoom or Teams. After each session, you will receive a follow-up email containing:

    • A summary of the session and the agreed-upon points
    • A recording of the session, allowing you to review the discussion and all recommendations

    The program is flexible, allowing you to determine the time between sessions. The date and time for the next session will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

    You can participate alone or with your team. We recommend 1-5 participants.

    It is recommended that the program be completed within 6-12 weeks. This way, we maintain momentum in the development process, while you also have sufficient time to work on your business between sessions.

    It’s either Mette Fruensgaard or Andreas Dirksen who provide you with 1:1 guidance and develop your subscription business alongside you. Together, they have created and operate SignUp Academy, and they have assisted over 500 companies with subscriptions and membership clubs.

    Mette is a lawyer and leader with years of experience in strategic management and communication within both large organizations and startups. She is certified in Emotional Customer Types, participates in multiple advisory boards, and mentors several entrepreneurs. Mette offer subscription advice at a very high level, and she also finds time to be a fiction author.

    Andreas founded Plusbog, which became Denmark’s first major benefit club, and authored the book “SignUp – How to Create a Successful Subscription Business.” The book became a bestseller in Denmark and #1 in the USA, Australia, and the UK. Andreas holds a degree in economics, is listed in the Kraks Blue Book, has received the Børsen Gazelle Prize, and is often referred to as the “Subscription King,” recognized as a highly skilled subscription advisor.
