Upon completion of the 1:1 program, you will have:
- Developed your subscription business, including member benefits, subscription packages, loyalty program, pricing, branding, and more
- Knowledge of how to succeed in acquiring and retaining members in your business
- A concrete plan for starting your new subscription business and acquiring and retaining members.
This is how it works
The 1:1 sessions are conducted via Zoom or Teams. After each session, you will receive a follow-up email containing:
- A summary of the session and the agreed-upon points
- A recording of the session, allowing you to review the discussion and all recommendations
The program is flexible, allowing you to determine the time between sessions. The date and time for the next session will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
You can participate alone or with your team. We recommend 1-5 participants.
It is recommended that the program be completed within 6-12 weeks. This way, we maintain momentum in the development process, while you also have sufficient time to work on your business between sessions.

Mette is a lawyer and leader with years of experience in strategic management and communication within both large organizations and startups. Mette offer subscription advice at a very high level, and she also finds time to be a fiction author.
Andreas founded Plusbog, which became Denmark’s first major benefit club, and authored the book “SignUp – How to Create a Successful Subscription Business.” The book became a bestseller in Denmark and #1 in the USA, Australia, and the UK.
