Here’s an overview of the process and what you will gain from it:

  • Identifying Key Areas for Improvement: Based on this, I will handpick areas with the highest optimization and growth potential, using the 20-step model.
  • Tailored 1:1 Consulting and Sparring Process: We will systematically work on these areas in a customized 1:1 advisory and sparring course, alternating between:
    • 1:1 Sessions: I’ll teach you specifically what to do to succeed and achieve your goals.
    • Practical Tasks: You will have concrete tasks to work on between sessions related to your subscription business.
    • Feedback: I’ll provide feedback on your tasks to optimally optimize and innovate your business.
  • Efficient Use of Time: This approach optimizes and further develops your subscription business in an efficient manner.

How It Works

The 1:1 sessions operate via Zoom or Teams. After each session, you will receive a follow-up email containing:

  1. Session Summary: A summary of the session and the agreements made.
  2. Session Recording: A recording of the session for you to review the sparring and all recommendations.

The course is flexible, allowing you to decide the interval between sessions. The date and time for the next session are agreed upon each time.

This 1:1 sparring/advisory course includes a minimum of three sessions of 50 minutes each (priced at 25,000 DKK ex. VAT), but most choose a full course of six sessions for 45,000 DKK ex. VAT.

You can participate alone or with your team. We recommend 1-5 participants.

You can also request a customized course combining a number of 1:1 sessions with a business review of your company, or a development workshop that I facilitate at your company. Everything is 100% tailored to you and your business!
