    Here’s how the process works in a Business Review:

    The process consists of three steps:

    1. We take a closer look at what you should specifically remove/add/change from an external perspective, right now, to increase member conversion on the website. The review is conducted through a 30-point tool based on best practices and insights from the more than 150 companies we’ve assisted in developing, optimizing, and scaling successful subscription businesses.
    2. You’ll receive the review in a presentation along with our recommendations, including a comprehensive improvement catalog prioritized based on what makes the most business sense to implement first.
    3. We’ll go through the recommendations together in a 60-minute Zoom or Teams meeting, where Andreas Dirksen elaborates on the points and you can get answers to your questions regarding implementation, etc. In the meeting, you’ll also receive tips for the areas Andreas would recommend you focus on in the next phase to further scale your subscription business. If desired, the meeting can be recorded so it can be watched again and shared with others in the company.
